A simple winners list is basically a list of who won your sites award. It is created by you by simply putting the name of the winners site,linking it,then adding a description of there site,usually the one they provided to you Here's a sample with awards club as the winner

When you use a hosted free for all links page,you can have them add their own link saving you lots of time,By putting in the email you send to the winners of your award a link to your free for all links page asking them to add there link to the page.It can be a great time saver.But if your worried about non winners putting their links,there are some free for all links pages where the add a link is on a different page.By sending the winners the link to the add a link page only and not to everyone you don't have to worry.Just place a link to the view a list on your site.
