HOW DO I JOIN THE AWARDS CLUB ?

I tried to make joining Awards Club as easy as possible.To join you must subscribe to the awards club yahoo group,The subscription box is found on the webmasters page of this website,Here is the address  http://awardsclub.netfirms.com/webmaster.htm

 

I JOINED WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ?

After you join I will start sending award applications to you through our awards club yahoo group.You can then evaluate them by the rules and criteria you use to judge sites.We have general criteria and rules on this site to weed out site that may not be very good.I personally do not judge the forms submitted except to give the awards club own award.I pass on all application submitted as long as they are filled out fully and in compliance with (C.O.P.P.A) That mean that the appliciate is 13 years or older    This is important don't reply to award applications if you do they get sent back to the group,either foward them to the email address of applicate or open new message window addressed to the person who filled out form.

 

DO I HAVE TO PLACE THE AWARDS CLUB BANNER ON MY SITE ?

No one is required to place the banner or buttons on their site.But it would be nice if you did.I am in the process of creating more choices in the buttons and banners in different colors to match various websites.For now here are the banners and buttons we have http://awardsclub.netfirms.com/banners.htm

D0 YOU HOST CGI SCRIPTED FORMS?

Yes we do ! I 've been submitting my site to various awards programs,some there where no forms only an email link,some there was a form but it was submitted by email. Some after filling out the form you where sent to a page full of ads.I think we can do better.If you decide to have us host your form.the only add will be the netfirms one at top of page and a small button link to awards club.

 

DOES IT COST ANYTHING ?

Nope not one red cent.I create and work on websites as a hobbie,so everything here is totally free

 

CAN THE FORM BE CUSTOMIZE ?

The form can be anyway you want it.There is a form to fill on this page. http://awardsclub.netfirms.com/formhost.htm To add your colors, graphics for background,and comments where you can add special instructions, There are samples you can look at to get an idea of how you want your form to look But anything is possible

 

DO YOU HAVE FREE WEBHOSTING ?

HOW CAN I VIEW APPLICATIONS

The applications can be sent to you one at a time or in a daily digest which will have all applications submitted that day in one email      All applications are also archived at the clubs yahoo page

HOW DO I GET LISTED ON THE MEMBERS PAGE?

To get listed you must send me the name of your website or award,and if your award is given to a specific catagory of website  email it to me here  awardsclub@HotPOP.com

WHAT IF I HAVE TO STOP GIVING AWARDS  FOR AWHILE

If you need to stop getting award application for a short period you can go to the clubs yahoo page,and you can switch your choice to no emails or send an email to me and I can switch it.

HOW DO I QUIT THE AWARDS CLUB?

To quit the club ,just unsubscribe from the clubs yahoo page,there is a link to unsubscribe on every application

 

WHAT IF I OFFER A CHOICE OF AWARDS ?

I will add to the form a way for people to choose,If your awards are numbered I will add a blank for people to place number,If your choice is by name I will add a drop menu they can choose from. I will need for you to tell me the number of awards,or names and a link to samples of awards email to me here   awardsclub@HotPOP.com
